I hereby certify that the following First Bylaw Amendment to the Bylaws of the Association of Unit Owners of The Bluffs was adopted by unanimous vote of a quorum of unit owners at the annual meeting on July 23, 1988; that said Bylaw Amendment was on the duly published notice of said meeting:

Amendment to Bylaw ARTICLE VII, Section 5. Restrictions and Requirements Respecting Use of Condominium Property.

(a) The first sentence is hereby revoked and the following new first sentence is substituted:

“No commercial activities of any kind shall be carried on in any unit or in any other portions of the condominium without the consent of the board of director of the Association or manager, except activities relating to the sale of units.”
